Join us for the 2021 ILHIMA Virtual Exhibitor Show!

Exhibitors are essential to ILHIMA members, and we are grateful for your support of the association and profession. We would like to showcase what your company can offer to our members and how your product and services can help them in their health information roles.

Record Your Video:

Record a short .mp4 video (minimum of 30 minutes) educating listeners on an industry topic and how you can assist them with this. It is important to provide information that attendees can learn from and expand their knowledge of the topic. Feel free to include a drawing during your recording by providing a link for listeners to submit their name for a giveaway, i.e. gift card. ILHIMA will highlight the giveaway so that members are sure to listen to your informational recording.

To upload the .mp4 recording, you will see “Upload Presentations” in the top menu of the ILHIMA Annual Conference website. The recording must be uploaded by March 19, 2021.

Live Demo:

If you would like to hold a live demo for Virtual Exhibitor Show registrants,  please email Ann Nowlin at [email protected]. The live demo will be coordinated by the exhibitor, using your platform. Simply email the live demo details including day, time and access information.  This information will be included on the ILHIMA website near your exhibitor recording and will allow Virtual Exhibit Show registrants to sign up for your live demonstration. This information must be emailed to Ann by March 19th. The live demo must be held between April 12 – 23, 2021.

Registration deadline is March 19, 2021.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
