Over the past two weeks, the ILHIMA Board of Directors have been meeting to discuss and monitoring the ever-changing COVID-19 situation. The health and safety of our volunteers and event attendees is our top priority. Due to the World Health Organization (WHO) classifying COVID-19 as a global pandemic and Governor Pritzker issuing a state of emergency and banning large crowds, the Board has reluctantly decided to cancel the 2020 Annual Conference that was scheduled for April 9-10th. We apologize greatly for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Below are important details you need to know.
1) A full refund will be given to those who registered and paid for the conference.

The ILHIMA Board recognizes that the ILHIMA members will need continuing education and learning opportunities to meet CCHIIM requirements. The Board and Education Team are working diligently on a plan to offer virtual education to its members in lieu of a physical meeting. We will communicate this as soon as the details are available.
