Student Symposium

Wednesday, September 16

The Student Symposium is designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of health information professionals. Students will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HIM professionals, explore career pathways, participate in mentoring opportunities, and connect with peers from across the state. Students are also encouraged to stay and attend the ILHIMA Fall Meeting on September 17 to continue learning and networking with professionals.

ILHIMA Fall Meeting

Thursday, September 17

The ILHIMA Fall Meeting offers a full day of education, networking, and professional development. This year’s program features engaging sessions on artificial intelligence, coding, release of information, leadership, and other timely topics impacting the health information profession.

Take advantage of this opportunity to connect with colleagues, earn continuing education, and leave with practical ideas you can apply in your work.

We’re also exploring the opportunity to host a social networking event during the meeting. Additional details will be shared with registered attendees as they become available.

Supporting Moraine Valley Community College Students

Once again, ILHIMA is proud to support the students of our host institution by collecting donations for the Moraine Valley Community College Food Pantry. We encourage attendees to bring a donation item to help students experiencing food insecurity. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference.
