ICD-10-CM/PCS Webinar Programs

Recorded Sessions

Overview:

ILHIMA is presenting a 5-part Webinar series for all health care professionals preparing for the implementation of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding.

The first program will focus on the transition of coding from the ICD-9-CM system to the ICD-10-CM/PCS classification system to be implemented October 1, 2014.

ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding will be the topic of discussion for programs #2 and #3 with a review of the coding conventions and guidelines for the new diagnosis coding system. ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding will be required for all health care providers in all settings that currently use ICD-9-CM diagnosis coding for billing and reporting.

Then programs #4 and #5 will address the procedure coding system, ICD-10-PCS. The principles, structure, guidelines and definitions of the root operations of ICD-10-PCS will be the focal points of these two programs. ICD-10-PCS will be required for coding hospital inpatient procedures.

This 5-part Webinar series is not only designed for hospital, other facility and physician based coders but would be informative for all health care professionals who have an interest in the conversion to the new ICD-10-CM/PCS coding system.

All of the presenters are experienced AHIMA approved ICD-10-CM/PCS trainers and prepared to share their coding expertise with the audience.

Registration Fees:

The entire 5-part webinar series is available for $120.00. This is a discounted price for the series that otherwise would cost $150.00 if the 5 programs were purchased separately.

To purchase separately, each individual webinar (#1 through #5) is available for $30.00 each. Each registration allows for one call-in/log-in for listening to the program and viewing the presentation slides by an unlimited number of participants. The programs can be purchased for “live” listening on the day of the program. As an alternative, the programs can be purchased as a recorded program that is available for listening at any time after the day of the presentation via YouTube.
